The equipment, options, and culture here are wonderful. The... best really are the high quality people who are so supportive no matter if you are beginning or capable of amazing feats with your body. There are a number of classes including obstacles, ninja, silks, and general fitness, from young to adults. You do need to go for it. You will be encouraged, yet the key really is that you choose to try something you have not done before.read more

my son went to the parents night out and he absolutely... loved it!! it was reasonably price, they served pizza, and he sleep hard last night from all the fun. we will definitely make parents night a monthly thing. thank you to the staff for taking care of my guy and showing him such a great night.read more

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Fortified... Fitness! We hosted my sons 5th birthday party there & they were incredibly organized & so accomodating. Wayne was so kind and wonderful to work with in figuring the party details. Super prompt, attentive & personalized attention. They even provided a party invitation. I wanted my sons photo on it and THEN he and his wife Stephanie went the extra mile to edit it and put his photo on it. You can tell this company is owned and operated by a Christian family - It’s just a higher level of respect, service and love for others, that seems to be lacking in our culture. The day of the party, Janice was available to help set up for the party & both she & Lucy were absolutely fantastic with the kids; it was very clear that they love children and enjoy working with them! The kids had the time of their lives at their first “Ninja Warrior” party. I cannot say enough about this organization. I am a Realtor in Murfreesboro and I’m so proud to have & support these kinds of businesses in our community. It’s too notch. we would highly recommend a party or event here, to anyone & everyone!! My child started ninja classes about two months ago here. I... took a leap of faith and went ahead and purchased a year membership ,and boy I sure am glad I did. This place is more then a gym. It’s a family and I’m so thankful my child is apart of it. We drive an hour one way for my child to take classes here ,and it’s worth every second. These kids work so hard during class ,and then end the night in a prayer. This is a amazing place!!!read more

We LOVED our party today. The kids all had a blast. Our son... was asking the instructor when he could come back. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My son can’t wait to do it again. We put our 5 year old son in the Ninja Warrior Camp for... Spring Break this year and he LOVED it, every second of it. He was so bummed when it was over. Wayne was amazing with the kids, we loved that they taught teamwork and encouragement along with complimenting Bible verses while the kids participated in engaging physical fitness activities. Our son loved it so much, we've decided to let him follow his new ninja warrior passion and do open gym and hopefully start some training soon! Highly recommend, amazing activity for kiddos (and parents) and awesome staff!read more

Wayne is fantastic! Working now out at Fortified Fitness Is... like getting a personal trainer but at group prices. The classes are always small so that Wayne can pay attention to each person. And the is the best part is the women that is like getting a personal trainer but it group prices. One of best parts is the women that are in the classes. The ladies are a group who are encouraging to each other and not judgmental. I wanted a place to work out where I didn’t feel like people were watching me or that I needed to look cute while working out. I also needed a place to help build up my confidence that I could get in better shape. This is that place.read more

We celebrated my 2 son's birthdays this weekend at... Fortified Warrior. To say everything was awesome would be an understatement. Wayne was very helpful and friendly from the first contact until we left Saturday night. He is professional & kind. The staff working the event for the party were all wonderful as well. Several of my son's friends said "THAT WAS THE BEST PARTY EVER!!" I highly recommend giving them a call with any questions.
