NINJA WARRIOR OBSTACLE TRAINING
Modeled after obstacles and skills shown in the popular show American Ninja Warrior, Fortified Warrior Training teaches patience, self-discipline, body awareness and functional fitness. We will incorporate different exercises and challenges to develop strength, endurance, agility, stability, and balance. We believe physical strength helps develop mental, emotional and spiritual strength. We encourage everyone who comes through our gym to start right where you are, to learn to problem solve & learn from failure, to try, try and try again to conquer any obstacle that comes our way! This is a fun way to love being fit and active no matter what your ages is!
Jump, hang, climb, & balance! Our Ninja Warrior Complex is fully adjustable with an open design to allow lots of swinging and movement and is covered with 12 inch crash mats to catch your fall. We are a family owned business and using our background in framing and custom carpentry we custom built and designed everything in the gym. We will continually be building more and more obstacles so keep coming back to visit!
