We are excited to announce or new and improved schedule starting August 4th 🤗 swipe ➡️➡️➡️for a breakdown of our class and open gym schedules and be sure to snap a screenshot for later!

Our schedule will include:

✅ teen fitness classes (11+)
✅group circuit classes (15+)
✅progressive fitness classes (15+)
✅Ninja warrior classes (3-5yrs, 6-9, 10-12,13-17, adult 16+)
✅Advanced ninja warrior classes (testing required)
✅Parkour classes (6-17yrs, Adult 16+)
✅Advanced Parkour classes (testing required)
✅ Beginner Aerial silks classes (7yrs+)
✅ Intermediate Aerial Silks classes (7+, testing required)
✅Advanced Aerial Silks classes (7+, testing required)
✅Aerial Silks stretch + strength class (7+)
✅Open Gym (ninja 5+ & fitness 18+)
✅Aerial Silks open gym (7+, must take at least one class)
