Learn parkour and freerunning techniques in a structured and safe environment. Foundational skills such as safe landings, rolls, vaults, wall runs, and climb ups are the core of parkour. Higher level skills like diverolls and flips are also incorporated. Techniques and class focus are grouped for each session into sections that include flatland, walls, bars, and vaults.
 
Parkour and freerunning techniques will help develop and improve full body motor skill coordination, strength, agility, and explosive strength, all of which will increase athletic confidence and translate to improvements in other sports.
 
Safety techniques like landings and rolls are super helpful for any little ninjas that love climbing and jumping around at home or the local playground.
